01 — Project Summary
A 15-second AI/3D commercial film inspired by TAMBURINS SUMMER TAILS — a scent traces a single strand, gathers into satin scrunchies, and blooms into flowers.
A speculative commercial built from an existing campaign context in two days. Instead of inventing a separate concept, the film reads the collection's core assets — platinum blonde hair, satin scrunchies, a clean white stage — and expands them into motion. AI handled fast visual exploration; 3D handled controlled movement and product clarity.

02 — Problem
"How can a hair perfume be communicated without showing a model, a hand, or a spraying scene?"
Hair perfume advertising leans on the same familiar shots — a model, a hand, a spray. Removing all three left only the product's own visual elements to carry the film: hair, scent, scrunchie, and bottle. The challenge was making scent visible and keeping the story readable inside 15 seconds without any human presence.

03 — Approach
Three decisions set the direction.
A
Remove the familiar signs of the category — no model, no hand, no spraying gesture.
B
Show scent not as a cloud, but as a pale green trace that changes how hair and fabric move.
C
And hold the product back until the end, so the viewer discovers the bottle inside the visual system rather than being shown it first.
04 — Visual System / Design Direction


05 — Outcome
Delivered a 15-second commercial film in a two-day sprint, plus process breakdowns comparing AI exploration frames against final 3D execution. The piece works as a proof of workflow: campaign reading → AI visual development → 3D motion → edit, all by one person.
06 — Reflection
The biggest lesson was timing discipline. Locking the audio earlier would have reduced rework — every new shot forced the cut sheet to move. On the next pass, the track and cut structure get fixed before final modeling starts. The nomination was a useful signal, but the real value was learning how edit timing changes when the music becomes the main constraint.
